It's me!

My name is Aline Schröder and I live in Zurich.

Originally, I completed training as a 3D polydesigner and work part-time as a barista.

During several trips through Asia, I discovered my love for Ayurveda.

These experiences have awakened in me the desire to work more holistically and to accompany people on their path to greater well-being.

This is how my personal and professional journey to becoming an Ayurveda therapist began.

Besides my work, I am passionate about practicing yoga, enjoying city life as well as nature, and constantly finding new inspiration through travel. Movement, mindfulness, and new cultures are important sources of energy for me, which I also incorporate into my work.
