Appointment confirmations, invoices or vouchers are usually sent by email.
Invoices or vouchers can also be sent by post upon request; any shipping costs are borne by the customer. Digital documents are made available immediately after appointment confirmation or payment.
No liability is accepted for delays or loss during postal delivery.
Return/Refund Policy
Treatments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48–72 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made later than this, or in case of no-show, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Prepaid vouchers can be transferred to another date upon request, but are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
For physical products purchased through the website or directly, returns are not possible unless the product is damaged or defective. In this case, please contact the supplier immediately for a replacement or solution.
